Real estate is, and always has been, about people.
I came into this business when contracts were typed on carbon paper, and a handshake still meant something. The tools have changed. My standard hasn’t.
For nearly fifty years, I’ve helped buyers and sellers through every kind of market — first in California, and now here in Southern Arizona, where I’ve proudly made Quail Creek and Green Valley my home.
I’ve helped first-time buyers find courage, longtime owners make thoughtful moves, and seniors step into a new chapter with confidence and care.
What hasn’t changed is the simplest part of the work: showing up, telling the truth, and treating every client like they’re the only one I have.

First Real Estate License Earned
I earned my first real estate license in California and began building the foundation for a lifelong career in real estate.
California Broker & Business Owner
Over the years, I became a real estate broker and, for a time, owned a real estate business in California with a partner.

1990s
Northern California Real Estate Career
During the 1990s, I was focused on my real estate career in Northern California, working as an experienced Associate Broker and serving clients throughout that market.

2010
Broker Designation & Mentorship
I continued growing professionally as a broker, mentoring agents and sharing the experience I had gained over decades in the business.

2022
Move to Southern Arizona
In 2022, I moved to Quail Creek in Green Valley, Arizona, and began focusing my real estate practice on Southern Arizona, including Quail Creek, Green Valley, Sahuarita, and surrounding 55+ communities.
